I believe that movement is medicine and it is incredibly powerful, not only for our tissues, but also for our brains. Confidence in movement translates to confidence in life and my practice is dedicated to helping you discover what your body is capable of. We will address barriers that are in the way, whether it be pain, an old/new injury or surgery, or a chronic diagnosis. I treat a variety of orthopedic and persistent pain conditions, including hypermobility spectrum disorder and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. I take a comprehensive view of the body and consider how different body systems and external variables may be affecting your ability to move the way you desire. Together, we will work to integrate the different pieces of the puzzle in order to optimize your function and quality of life. I work with athletes, weekend warriors, and those who are simply looking for more from their body. My own fitness journey has informed my professional practice, with competitive experience in track & field, CrossFit, and Olympic weightlifting. Currently, my time now is spent climbing, hiking, and weightlifting, all the while exploring the Rocky Mountains and all they have to offer.
